JOB SEARCHING

I have sent out my resume to 4 different job prospects so far and a member of the club is also circulating my resume for me. I am suppose to receive my last paycheck today but have not heard anything yet. I picked up all of my belongings on Wednesday and felt such a relief, a "big weight" lift off of me. I know deep down in my heart that God delievered me from that place and has something better in store for me. Please continue to pray for our family.

UNEXPECTED HOSPITAL VISIT

Here we are in Alexandria having a great time with family (we needed some get away time) and John had to bring me to the ER at 5 pm last night because I was in serious pain on my left side. They took blood work, did an ultrasound and CT scan but did not find anything seriously wrong thank goodness. The doctor said that he felt it was colon spasms and gave me some meds to help out with pain. Between last week and this week so far, I am not "batting 1000" per say but I am trying to keep my head up and will continue praying because God is always faithful.

STARTING OVER

Just lost my job Friday after being with my company for 4 1/2 years. It is really hard when you have given everything of yourself and you feel like you have been unappreciated and used the whole time. I am not a person who lets people in very easily but when I do trust you, I do not expect to have that trust abused especially twice. I am a little bitter but what I need to remember is that God will not forsake me, he will carry me through this rough time and make me a better person for it. "No weapons formed against me shall prospere"
